Eat chili!!!

I don't know why but I thought that chili is not healthy... I even wanted to reduce the amount of chili I am eating. Luckily somebody told me that chili is healthy. So I looked it up and surprise, chili has a lot of health benefits. It has a lot of vitamins (more vitamin C than oranges) and minerals and other good ingredients like capsaicin, which helps burn fat.
